Q: How can I connect to Live Broadcast? Do I have to register? A: Just visit our website and click on the Live Broadcast button. Q: Do I need a special application or software? A: Windows Media Player Version 9 or higher, if your computer does not have it.
Q: I can't see a menu called "Live Broadcast" or etc, can you help me? A: We normally publish the menu (button) within three days prior to the webcast.
Q:What happen? I lost feed during dharma talk??? A: We have increased the internet connection to fiber optic and this is enabling the audio/video team to broadcast in multiple qualities. This means that your omputer will automatically connect at the best quality that it can receive and you will not get those buffering problems.

Also, it is not necessary to login to the website in order to view the broadcast. The login form will be disabled in order to prevent overloading the server because it was causing some issues.
